Find employees whose salaries were reduced.
The result should contain the following columns EMP_NO, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME - employee data, CHANGE_DATE - salary reduction date, PERCENT_CHANGE - reduction percentage. Sort the result by employee first and last name.
