Employee Phonebook

Create a phonebook of employees in the format:
- DEPARTMENT - department name, 
- EMPLOYEE - employee's last name and initial (for example Bender O.),
- PHONE_EXT - phone number.
Show only employees who have a phone number. Sort by department, then by last name.
