Order Statuses by Customer Country

For every customer country and every order status found in the sales table, count the orders of the customers from that country with that status. A country–status pair without orders must be shown with 0.
Output columns:
- country - the customer's country
- order_status - the order status
- orders - the number of orders

Sort the result by country, then by order_status.
