Find employees with the highest salary in their department. 
Display a table with columns DEPARTMENT - department name, EMP_NO, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME - employee data, SALARY - his salary. 
Sort the results in descending order of salary.  
Use a window function to solve the problem.
